Reopening and Reuniting at Stratford in the Age of COVID-19

As California counties have begun to allow schools to reopen for in-person instruction, many of Stratford’s schools are in the process of welcoming K-8 students back to campus, with stringent health and safety protocols in place.  Prospective families are invited to schedule a tour and learn more.

Lisa Weiss teaches transitional kindergarten at Stratford School’s Santa Clara Winchester campus. She has over 30 years of teaching experience, and currently serves as the curricular lead for Stratford School’s transitional kindergarten program.

Not only has Lisa received recognition in the field of early childhood education from the County of Santa Clara, she was also Stratford School’s teacher of the year in 2007.

Lisa strives to instill a love of education in her students by creating wonderful and whimsical ways for them to do each activity. Her goal is to have every child leave her classroom having not only mastered their lessons, but also having made lifelong memories.
