Home Office Careers

Twenty-three campuses and growing.

Home Office’s purpose is to support our growing campuses.  We believe that every Stratford employee has a role in the education of our students – so bring your professional experience to a role where mission and purpose matter!

Roles include:

  • Admission Services - Supports families from their first tour of the campus through to graduation

  • Finance - With a commitment to process excellence, the Stratford Finance department directs and manages accounting, budgets, materials management and purchasing, payroll, business analytics, and real estate

  • School Operations - Provide centralized campus support including Curriculum, Library services, campus and leadership development, licensing, and new school development

  • Human Resources - Supporting all things people - including hiring, benefits, and career development

  • Information Technology - Providing equipment, applications, services, and responsive support to Stratford campuses and home office

  • Marketing and Communications - Implements Stratford marketing plan and promotes the story of Stratford the community, our parents, and staff
