"I believe that children have the ability to learn anything through music, play, and personal experiences."
Esperanza Hernandez has been a part of the Stratford School family for 13 years, as a parent, a teacher, and a principal. She is currently the preschool principal for Stratford School’s Los Gatos campus.
A recipient of San Jose Magazine’s Teacher of the Year, Esperanza strives to build children’s self-esteem through motivation, inspiration, and a nurturing environment.
Esperanza looks at each child as an individual, with unique needs and academic strengths. She sees herself and her teachers as extensions of her students’ families.
Stratford School has enabled Esperanza to pursue her passion in education.
