The Stratford School preschool and pre-kindergarten curriculum lays the foundation for the 21st century skills they'll need throughout their school years.

Stratford preschoolers and pre-kindergarteners spend time learning how to recognize patterns, match shapes, and make connections between groups of numbers – improving their ability to think logically.

After storytelling sessions, teachers ask problem-solving questions, encouraging independent thinking and brainstorming, and teaching students to listen to others’ ideas and solutions.

Students learn about proper pronunciation, and gain the confidence to master new words simply by sounding them out with their classmates.

The Stratford preschool and pre-kindergarten curriculum is innovative and intentional. Students are introduced to a new letter, word or concept early in the week, and that same topic is revisited each day – providing context and greater understanding.
