Reopening and Reuniting at Stratford in the Age of COVID-19

As California counties have begun to allow schools to reopen for in-person instruction, many of Stratford’s schools are in the process of welcoming K-8 students back to campus, with stringent health and safety protocols in place.  Prospective families are invited to schedule a tour and learn more.

Chato Mendoza has been a teacher at Stratford School for nine years, and has over 35 years of experience in the field of education. She currently teaches kindergarten and serves as a resource teacher at Stratford School’s Fremont Boulevard campus.

Chato strives to challenge students every day, and loves watching them grow. She knows that every child can reach their true potential if given the proper direction and motivation.

It is very important for Chato to work in a place that makes her feel welcome, recognized, appreciated, and supported. Working at Stratford for the past nine years has not only give her all these things, but also an incredible sense of fulfillment as an educator.
