“It is truly a joy for me to be connected with an organization that matches my personal philosophy.”
Ellie Tariverdi has been part of the Stratford School family for 20 years and has 22 years of experience in private elementary education. Before taking on her current role as principal at Stratford School’s Fremont Curtis campus and the Head of School for the Fremont Osgood campus, Ellie was an elementary teacher.
Ellie believes that an excellent education must include a safe and nurturing environment coupled with a challenging curriculum. Encouraging students to do their best while holding the bar high gives them the confidence to succeed socially and academically.
The curriculum at Stratford School is forward-thinking and challenging, an approach that Ellie feels prepares students to become future leaders while surrounding them with an atmosphere of love and respect.
“My goal is for every child to become a self-assured, compassionate, and motivated individual.”
One of Stratford School’s original employees, Jasbir Rattan has more than 25 years of experience in the field of education. She currently serves as principal at Stratford School’s Fremont Boulevard campus.
For Jasbir, it has been exciting to watch Stratford School grow into a dynamic organization that educates an ever increasing number of students, while staying true to its core beliefs and values.
Jasbir knows that every child is unique, and believes that providing support, tools, and guidance helps foster intellectual curiosity and confidence.
Jasbir looks forward to continuing to foster a culture of family values at Stratford, and to do her best to help children embark on their educational journey.
“As an Early Educator and facilitator, being a part of an organization that believes in a well-rounded curriculum that fosters children’s curiosity and eagerness to learn fuels my passion for being at Stratford School.”
Dipali has been with Stratford for the last 13 years and has a total teaching experience of 15 years. While at Stratford, she taught preschool, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade. She has taught online and on campus and brings an abundance of experience. She also spearheaded our successful Mindfulness program at Stratford. She is a dedicated professional, and with her many years at Stratford, she has built many relationships and connections within the campus.
