"Stratford has allowed me to share my passion for science and discovery."
Sandy Lee teaches science at Stratford School’s San Jose campus. Before taking on her current role, Sandy volunteered with a number of organizations and helped develop a summer space camps for the Girl Scout Council of Santa Clara County.
Sandy believes that teaching is all about presenting children with new and varying experiences. She strives to guide her students to explore their social and physical environment while developing their individual gifts.
Science, Sandy feels, is a natural extension of children’s innate curiosity to explore the world and themselves. Everything children experience involves science.
