Reopening and Reuniting at Stratford in the Age of COVID-19

As California counties have begun to allow schools to reopen for in-person instruction, many of Stratford’s schools are in the process of welcoming K-8 students back to campus, with stringent health and safety protocols in place.  Prospective families are invited to schedule a tour and learn more.

Maria Muñoz

"My desire as an educator is to foster a love of learning at an early age."

Maria Muñoz has been a part of the Stratford School family for eleven years, and currently teaches preschool and pre-kindergarten students at Stratford School’s Morgan Hill campus.

Maria knows that preschool aged children require a special kind of classroom environment, as most often it is their first time in a classroom. Working at Stratford School gives Maria the flexibility to personalize her lessons with games, songs, puppets, and plenty of movement and interaction to allow children to have fun while learning in a safe and loving environment.

Over the years, Maria has received hundreds of cards, notes and drawings from her students expressing their love of school and learning. This, she says, is an indication of her success as a teacher.
