This is Rachel’s seventeenth year at Stratford School. Before taking on her current role as Principal at Stratford School’s San Francisco campus, Rachel taught first grade for five years, served as a first grade mentor teacher, and as a vice principal. She also serves as an elementary leader mentor to her fellow leaders. She is proud to be a part of the diverse, welcoming, and supportive community at Stratford San Francisco.
This is Tim’s fourth year here at Stratford School. He was a middle school teacher and elementary reading interventionist in New Orleans for eight years before becoming a first grade teacher at the DeMontfort campus. Tim is proud to be a part of a school culture that builds students up, supports its families, and creates memories that last a lifetime.
This is Niko’s second year at Stratford San Francisco. He has worked with students of all ages and abilities, but is particularly enthusiastic about working with elementary students. He believes that laughter is key to fostering a strong school community.

SaraHouston is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years of experience supporting students and families in both school and non-profit settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (2015), followed by a Masters of Social Work (2019) from Tulane University in New Orleans. She strongly believes that social-emotional regulation and connection are essential for students to achieve success in school and in life. She strives to cultivate environments where every individual in the community feels supported and valued. New to San Francisco, Sara is excited to bring her passion for supporting students and families to the Stratford community! In her free time, she enjoys cooking with loved ones, walking around the city, and practicing yoga.

Gaelle Jeune is the Director of Admissions for Stratford School’s De Montfort and Parkside campuses, while also supporting marketing efforts for all Stratford schools in San Francisco. With a deep passion for education and a strong understanding of school communities, she leads initiatives to connect prospective families with Stratford’s exceptional programs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming admissions process.
