Ashley Lee

Head of School

Ashley has been a valued member of the Stratford family for more than two decades. Prior to opening Stratford’s Milpitas Beresford Square campus in the fall of 2022, she served as the Director of Early Childhood Education at Stratford’s Washington Park campus. She currently also serves as a New Leader Mentor, supporting and guiding new Stratford School leaders. Throughout her career, Ashley has taught preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten, and has served as a mentor teacher for Stratford’s Early Childhood Education program.

Ashley is thrilled to be part of the Milpitas community. Her passion for early childhood education, combined with her love for children and commitment to building strong partnerships with families, continues to inspire her work every day.

Jennifer Barcelos

Director of Early Childhood Education

Jennifer Barcelos has been part of the Stratford family for a decade. Before stepping into her current role as Director of Early Childhood Education, she served as Assistant Director here at our Milpitas Beresford Square campus. Her journey started in the classroom as a Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten teacher. Her background in teaching for a couple of years with Stratford led her to a wonderful teacher mentoring position, as well as Extended Day Lead. Jennifer is passionate about building and making connections with the children and their families.

Kiran Faldu

Assistant Director

Kiran Faldu has been a valued member of the Stratford family for several years. Before stepping into her role as Assistant Principal at our Milpitas Beresford Square campus, Kiran began her journey in the classroom as a Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Transitional Kindergarten teacher. Her passion for teaching and supporting educators led her to take on leadership roles as a Teacher Mentor, Tech Coach, and LIT. Kiran is excited to continue supporting the Stratford community and creating a positive, welcoming, and nurturing environment where everyone can thrive.

Rashmi Nair

Director of Admissions

Rashmi has been part of the Stratford family for a decade. Before stepping into her current role as Director of Admissions, Rashmi spent many years in the classroom, teaching Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten. Her commitment to supporting both children and educators also led her to serve as a Mentor Teacher for the Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs, where she guided and encouraged fellow teachers in their professional growth and development.

Rashmi is passionate about creating meaningful connections with children and families and believes that a strong school community begins with collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to helping every child thrive.
