“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” — Henry Ford
Gagandeep Sahni has been working in the field of education for over 18 years. As a teacher, she was Stratford MGMP’s Campus Mentor and Leader in Training. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education, a Master’s in English Literature, and a specialization in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Ms. Sahni‘s warmth, caring, and strong relationship-building skills have made her a much-loved teacher, and she believes she will always remain a teacher at heart. Ms. Sahni considers it a privilege to join our leadership team at Stratford MGMP/MMS and the many talented teachers and students here. Ms. Sahni’s close partnerships with families have helped her build a well-knit community at MGMP. Her goal is to continue to provide a supportive climate and culture that is conducive to teaching and learning. By doing so, each student and teacher can grow to their highest potential.
Ms. Sahni feels blessed to be a mother of two awesome little people. She believes that all children thrive when they feel secure and cared for. She maintains high expectations for her own children and her students whom she loves as her own. She takes pride in knowing each of her student’s unique strengths and aspires to guide each student along his or her path. She wants her students to develop into productive human beings who work hard to become whatever they want to be when they grow up.
Deepali Deshmukh holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in Human Resource Management. She found her passion for teaching after volunteering in her son’s classroom and realizing the joys of influencing young thinkers. She taught fifth grade for four years before stepping into educational leadership. She most enjoys seeing the flame of curiosity in classrooms as students grapple with real-world problems and collaborate to come up with creative solutions. The children’s giggles and laughter make school her happy place. She enjoys working with her community to create a culture of belonging and thinking for every student and faculty member.
Mrs. Deshmukh is proud to belong to Stratford where every child’s individuality is seen and celebrated.
