Deepali Deshmukh holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in Human Resource Management. She found her passion for teaching after she volunteered in her son’s classroom and realized the joys of influencing young thinkers. She taught fifth grade for four years before stepping into educational leadership. She most enjoys seeing the flame of curiosity in classrooms as students grapple with real-world problems and collaborate to come up with creative solutions. The children’s giggles and laughter make school her happy place. She enjoys working with her community to create a culture of belonging and thinking for every student and faculty member.
Mrs. Deshmukh is proud to belong to Stratford where every child’s individuality is seen and celebrated.
A passionate educator for three decades, Ms. Neena Bhave has been a teacher, Director, and Principal. Most recently, Ms. Bhave served as the Head of School at Stratford’s Palo Alto Campus and ably led that campus for the past five years. Although she thoroughly enjoyed her role, Ms. Bhave realized that her true passion and purpose is helping her Middle School students reach for the stars. As Stratford’s Director of Upper School, she is excited about the prospect of having more time to get to know each of her middle school students, enjoy their sense of humor, and facilitate their growth through learning adventures.
With over ten years in the field of education, Cecily Greer taught second, third, and fifth grades before she stepped into a leadership role. Ms. Greer’s passion for instructional leadership along with her rich experience in curriculum design and coaching are evident every time she steps into the classroom. Her students love her straight-faced sense of humor and cannot wait to share their latest learning adventure with their director. While Ms. Greer may find it hard to pick her favorite subject, her students have a hypothesis that Grammar might be her absolute favorite.
Ms. Greer looks forward to helping each of her students grow and flourish at school.

Addressing the academic and social/emotional needs of children encourages students to safely reach farther, learn with authentic excitement, and blossom into their unique selves.
