Neena Bhave brings over 35 years of invaluable experience as an educator and school leader to her role as SPM’s Middle School Principal. With a Master’s degree in Education, Neena has spent decades shaping the academic landscape through her roles as a teacher and educational leader. Her career is marked by a deep commitment to student success and a passion for fostering dynamic learning environments.

Neena is looking forward to getting her middle school students prepared to transition smoothly to our new high school at Stratford Preparatory Milpitas. Her extensive background in education, wealth of knowledge, and deep understanding of her students’ needs help Neena elevate the school’s academic programs and support its ongoing success.

Outside of her professional life, Neena enjoys traveling and finding inspiration in exploring new cultures and experiences. This global perspective enriches her approach to education, bringing fresh ideas and a broad outlook to her work.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in education, counseling, and college admissions, Dr. Dina Cunha is eager to guide students and parents at Stratford Preparatory Milpitas every step of the way from 8th grade through 12th grade to college, offering personalized support and expert advice to make the process manageable and exciting.  

Dina holds a Doctorate in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling with specializations in school and career counseling, and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential. As a National Board-Certified Counselor and a member of professional organizations like the American Psychological Association and NACAC, she’s always at the forefront of college admissions trends.

Dina’s career spans roles as a college counselor, high school teacher, admissions officer, and instructor/lecturer at prestigious institutions like UC Berkeley Extension and San Jose State University. Dina has evaluated thousands of college applications for universities like UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley, giving her unmatched insights into what it takes to stand out in today’s competitive admissions landscape.

Dina’s mission is to make the transition from 8th grade to college admissions stress-free and accessible. She believes every student has a unique story worth telling, and she is here to help them craft it. With tailored advice, innovative programs, and unwavering support, Dr. Dina Cunha will help our students pursue their dreams while empowering parents to navigate the college admissions process confidently.

Deepali Deshmukh has been an esteemed educator for over 20 years, holding the roles of teacher, director, and Head of School. With degrees in Microbiology and Biochemistry and an MBA in HR, she champions a diverse STEAM curriculum driven by her love for math, science, literature, history, and the arts. Before coming to Stratford Preparatory Milpitas, Deepali led the Stratford School, Milpitas Great Mall Parkway (MGMP) Campus from 2018-24, building its reputation as one of the finest schools in the Bay Area for preschool through 8th grade students. She attributes the school’s stellar reputation to its strong parental support and the collaborative spirit of its faculty.

Deepali enjoys building community ties and showcasing her students’ achievements in academics, sports, and arts.  She is excited to lead Stratford School’s second Preparatory school in the Bay Area for middle and high school students. She is confident that Stratford’s high expectations, well-rounded curriculum, focus on the whole student, and strong family ties will make Stratford Preparatory Milpitas (SPM) one of the best high schools in the Bay Area.

Outside school, Deepali enjoys hiking, solving puzzles, and exploring the world with her family. But her true passion lies in guiding students through their transformative years and preparing them for their futures. As the Head of School at Stratford Preparatory Milpitas, she is excited to foster a dynamic and supportive middle and high school environment for her students.

Heba Nosseir brings over 15 years of experience in operations, including eight years dedicated to School Admissions in the Bay Area. She has served as the Director of Admissions at the Milpitas Corning campus, where she played a pivotal role in guiding students and families through the admissions process.

Thrilled to work with middle and high school students at Stratford Prep Milpitas, Heba will continue her work in fostering strong relationships with parents and students. She is passionate about building a vibrant parent and school community, believing that a strong, collaborative environment is essential for student success. Her love for community building is matched by her dedication to helping students discover their potential, navigate their unique educational paths, and reach their individual goals.

Beth Redington brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for student achievement to her role as High School Principal at Stratford Preparatory Milpitas (SPM). She joined the Stratford Preparatory Milpitas community following a distinguished five-year tenure in upper school leadership at BASIS Independent Fremont, where she served as Director of Academic Programs and later as Head of Operations. During her time at BASIS Independent Fremont, Beth was instrumental in guiding the school’s expansion from a middle school (grades 6–8) to a full secondary program (grades 6–12), culminating in the graduation of its first senior class, a milestone she considers among her proudest professional accomplishments.

Prior to her work in school administration, Beth cultivated a diverse professional background with particular emphasis on workforce development and organizational training. This interdisciplinary foundation informs her collaborative approach to leadership, as she partners with faculty, families, and students to foster a culture of academic excellence, character, and purpose. “It is a privilege to witness students discover their potential and pursue their aspirations with confidence and integrity,” she reflects.

Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies. Beyond her work in education, she enjoys exploring the hiking trails of the Bay Area, working through a crossword puzzle over morning coffee, and sharing leisurely meals with friends and family.

As the High School Principal at Stratford Preparatory Milpitas, Beth looks forward to guiding its students and faculty as they strive to realize their fullest potential.

A proud Bay Area native, Sarah Tran brings her passion for history, leadership, and student empowerment to Stratford Milpitas Prep. A UC Berkeley graduate with a degree in Anthropology, she launched her teaching career in 2016 and has been inspiring young minds ever since.

Sarah has a rich background in coaching student leaders, having previously led a powerhouse middle school debate team to victory in local, state, and national tournaments. As the advisor for the Middle School Student Council, she helped her students develop their voices, take initiative, and create meaningful experiences for their peers. From organizing the beloved student-made Fall Carnival to orchestrating the highly anticipated Advisory March Madness tournament, Sarah ensured that student-led events leave a lasting impact.

Passionate about fostering curiosity and confidence in every learner, Sarah is excited at the opportunity to shape student life beyond the classroom at Stratford Preparatory Milpitas. She looks forward to guiding students on their unique journeys and helping them discover their strengths and thrive as future leaders.
