Together our Preschool Panelists have over 65 years of direct experience teaching and leading in early childhood education.

  • Allison Wilson: Senior Director of Curriculum and Innovation
    Allison is passionate about developing teachers and students, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the early childhood sector through teaching, school leadership, teacher training, and innovative curriculum development. Wilson says, “The balanced curriculum Stratford provides is truly unique, and our teachers bring our curriculum to life. My real joy is seeing our teachers’ commitment to developing ambitious, innovative, bright, and caring individuals that will positively impact our communities and one day our world.” Allison continues to expand her own knowledge around new curriculum, standards, and assessments by attending and presenting at educational conferences and workshops across the country.
  • Olabisi Adesuyi-Fasuyi, M.Ed: Early Childhood Education Director at San Francisco Parkside
    Olabisi has 24 years of experience as an educator, nine of which have been at Stratford School, where she has enjoyed working as a teacher, and currently as a school administrato. She is a founding member of Spring Education Group’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Council, and hosts a number of parenting workshops at Stratford, including Easing Separation Anxiety, Potty Training, and How to Raise Your Child in the 21st Century. Olabisi has a BA in Counseling, an MA in Early Childhood Education, and is in her second-year as a doctoral student at Cal State San Francisco University.
  • Ana Field: Early Childhood Education Director at Sunnyvale DeAnza Park
    Ana has over 10+ years of experience in the world of Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about providing exceptional care and education to children and their families. During her time as an educational leader, Ana has strived to be a supportive ally to families with young children as they navigate through the early childhood years. For Ana, Stratford encompasses all of the important values that she believes every school should have — a family atmosphere, one clear vision, and student and teacher excellence and support.
  • Najmus Huda: Early Childhood Education Director at Milpitas Great Mall Parkway
    Najmus has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. She began her career as a preschool teacher in 2000 and progressed to become a Director of Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten, a Vice-Principal, a STEAM curriculum lead, and an encouraging mentor to her fellow teachers and leaders. Her philosophy is that early education should start with love and care, and always strive to meet the individual needs of a child and their family.
