Admissions for the Stratford Preparatory High School program is a selective process. However, current Stratford Middle School Grade 8 students may re-enroll into Grade 9 from October 30 through December 1 via Stratford Connect. For Stratford families who choose to re-enroll after the December 1 deadline, students may participate in the standard high school application process for Stratford Preparatory.

At this time, we are only accepting applications for incoming Grades 9, 10, and 11 for Fall 2024.

Stratford Preparatory High School Admissions Dates

• September 1, 2023: Ravenna opens to create an account, register for events, and submit an application – for current Stratford and non-Stratford students.

Re-enrollment Key Dates (Stratford Grade 8 Students Only)

• October 30, 2023: Re-enrollment opens for current Stratford Grade 8 students via Stratford Connect. Enrollment contracts are sent on a rolling basis.
• December 1, 2023: Deadline to submit re-enrollment and $2,500 non-refundable tuition deposit for current Grade 8 Stratford Middle School students.

Regular Admissions Key Dates

• January 19, 2024: Deadline to apply for Regular Admission
• March 15, 2024: Decision notifications released via Ravenna

IMPORTANT: If current Stratford Grade 8 students choose to not re-enroll by December 1, students may participate in the standard application process for Stratford Preparatory High School, with an application deadline of January 19, 2024. Students participating in the regular admissions process are not guaranteed acceptance and will receive an admissions decision on Friday, March 15, 2024.

• General Information Sessions (Virtual) – Designed for all interested families, our founding team will introduce you to Stratford Preparatory’s extensive four-year curriculum, athletic and co-curricular opportunities, college counseling services, and the admissions process.
• Open House – Families may tour the campus, meet teachers, attend presentations from department heads, learn about the robust college counseling program, and explore extracurricular activities and athletics.
• Campus Tours – We encourage families to schedule a campus tour and attend our events to learn more about Stratford Preparatory.
